Caroline J. Quiett, SHRM-SCP

VP, Human Resources

Caroline is Vice President of Human Resources at WMC Global.  She is a seasoned human resource professional with over six years of experience in her field.  As a department of one, Caroline is responsible for the entire HR umbrella at WMC Global.  She supports WMC Global's full international team in employee relations, learning & development, talent acquisition, benefits & compensation, global compliance, and strategic planning.

Before joining the WMC team, Caroline worked in a variety of industries from retail, non-profit & cultural institutions, to entertainment & tourism.  Most recently, Caroline was the Director of Human Resources at SPYSCAPE, a global espionage & entertainment brand where she supported a rapidly growing, international employee base.  In addition to her work at SPYSCAPE, Caroline was the Manager, Talent Development at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and Human Resources Specialist at Old Navy's Flagship in Herald Square.

Caroline received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio and is a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).  Caroline remains very involved in her various alumni networks and was most recently President of the New York City Raider Alumni Network.  Caroline is a very avid reader & baker so you can usually find her curled up with a new book or in the kitchen pretending she's on Bake Off.
