Claire Matthews

SVP, Strategy & Operations

Claire Matthews oversees corporate strategy and operational functions. She leads the ExCo as second in command and supports the Senior Leadership Team as organizational architect. Her remit is diverse, with an expertise in threat intelligence that she leverages to keep our product suite and services contracts evergreen. Claire previously served in other operational, threat intelligence, innovation, and marketing roles. Prior to WMC Global, Claire worked in multiple roles within the Executive Branch of the US Government, including serving as a ghostwriter to a sitting US President. ​

Claire received her BA in History and in Politics from Mount Holyoke College, in addition to a certificate in International Relations from the Five College Consortium. In 2020, she earned a certificate from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford for the Executive Leadership Program. More recently, she earned a certificate from IMD Switzerland in Digital Business Transformation. Claire will complete her Executive MBA degree from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2024.
